I love visual interpretations of our world, and I can't remember a time I didn't draw or paint.


I began studying painting and the history of art from an early age and continued through various courses over a period of about 20 years, particulary enjoying the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art and more recently wonderful portrait workshops with Mick O'Dea RHA, Una Sealy ARHA and Joe Dunne ARHA and also a landscape development workshop with Bernadette Kiely. In the course of this formal and informal study, I have travelled in Italy, France and America exploring many forms of art.
